The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used electrical items (such as geysers, fans, lights, pumps, and motors)
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
Any product without original packaging or missing accessories

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping the product back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos as proof before approving a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
If an order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process applies.
